UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (under £50) – Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked: £3.99
  • Standard Delivery (over £50) – Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked: FREE

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked.
This is the delivery time once your order has been processed.
Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us if your parcel hasn’t arrived.

Jersey & Isle of Man

  • Royal Mail 1st Class – £6.50
    Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail and local postal services.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via Evri International Tracked.

You’ll receive an email from Evri on the day your order is processed, which includes a link to pay any applicable customs or import fees.
If these fees aren’t paid within 5 days, the parcel will automatically be returned to us.

Please note:
If a parcel is returned because customs fees were not paid, we are not responsible for the cost of reshipping.
We’re also unable to refund the original shipping costs in these cases.

Shipping Rates

Europe – Evri International Tracked: £13.95

Rest of World – Evri International Tracked: £23.99
Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days after dispatch.

Please allow up to 12 working days from dispatch before contacting us about a delayed parcel.
We cannot be held responsible for delays during shipping or customs processing.

Processing Time

During busy periods, this may take up to 3–4 working days.
Personalised items (including embroidered names and sweatshirts) are made to order, please allow 5–7 working days for dispatch.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes due on their order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for parcels returned due to unpaid fees.
