Refund policy

Returns policy:

We have a 14 Day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to send your return back to us. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it - unless that item has been personalised. Sale or seconds items cannot be returned. We recommend that you carefully try new items indoors, just in case you need to return them.

Personalised items are not eligible for return.

Contact us at woof@sassy-sausage.co.uk to organise a return. Please state your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges:

We do not currently offer exchanges. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
